Living in Seattle you deal with the cost of living an urban lifestyle...1200sf homes that cost $350K, 1-2 hour commutes to and from work, etc. Tonight I was at a roof deck party with some of my co-workers. In my 10 years living in Seattle I have never seen such a sight. This apartment complex's roof deck had a view of Elliot Bay, Downtown Seattle and a perfect picture of the space needle. The rent alone was more than our monthly mortgage payment! CCRRAAZZYYYYY! I will keep our cute little suburban home, thank you very much!
